  • Partner with Engineering to shape the integration roadmap and product workflows
  • Define rollout strategies and best practices for new and existing customer integrations
  • Manage multiple concurrent integration projects from requirements gathering through launch
  • Communicate clearly with customers and executives, including during escalations
  • Serve as a technical advisor for API-based, customer-led integrations
  • Continuously improve integration processes through internal and customer feedback

What you should bring:

  • 7+ years in sales engineering, solution consulting, technical implementation, or integrations within HR tech
  • Experience integrating with major HCM systems (e.g., SAP, UKG, Workday, Oracle, ADP)
  • Strong expertise in APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures
  • Deep understanding of system-to-system integrations
  • Proven ability to manage complex technical projects in fast-paced environments
  • Experience collaborating with developers and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with AI tools for operational efficiency

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with Workato, Zapier, Prismatic, or similar middleware
