About the job

We are seeking a high-caliber, intellectually curious, and commercially savvy executive to help scale our enterprise strategic function. This role is ideal for someone with a consulting or strategic advisory background (e.g., management consulting) who is eager to apply that expertise in a fast-growing technology company.

As a Senior Strategic Account Executive, you will partner with the largest employers in the world - primarily Fortune 500 and global enterprises, helping them reimagine high-volume hiring, workforce operations, and the digital experiences that power frontline talent. You will advise senior leaders, uncover transformational opportunities, and architect complex solutions that drive measurable impact.

This role blends strategic advisory, executive relationship building, and enterprise deal-making. It is designed for someone who is smart, analytical, driven, and excited to help us build a world-class strategic function.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and SVP-level leaders at Fortune 500 organizations
  • Diagnose complex operational, workforce, and talent acquisition challenges using a consultative, hypothesis-driven approach
  • Craft compelling strategic narratives, business cases, and transformation roadmaps that clearly articulate organizational value
  • Shape and lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise engagements from discovery through solution design and executive alignment
  • Collaborate with Product, Strategy, and Solutions teams to design transformational solutions aligned to each client’s business goals
  • Drive enterprise growth by expanding relationships, converting strategic insights into long-term commercial partnerships (six- and seven-figure ARR)
  • Identify and synthesize emerging trends across the frontline workforce ecosystem and translate them into actionable insights internally

What You Should Bring

  • 5-10 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, enterprise transformation, or similar advisory roles
(Experience selling into or advising Fortune 500 companies strongly preferred.)
  • Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and build trust with senior executives and complex stakeholder ecosystems
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities: problem-solving, business case creation, executive storytelling, and structured communication
  • Experience leading complex enterprise projects, transformations, or high-value engagements
  • Intellectual curiosity, polished presence, and the ability to simplify complexity for executive audiences
  • Willingness to travel for key executive meetings and strategy workshops
  • Hunger to build; this role requires someone who is proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable shaping new processes in a growing organization

Nice to Have

  • Experience with workforce tech, HR tech, talent acquisition, front-line operations, or similar domains
  • Background selling or influencing large enterprise accounts, even if not in a traditional sales role
  • Prior experience in high-growth startups or environments where evangelism, piloting, and iteration were essential

This is not a traditional AE role. It is built for someone who wants to:

  • Operate as a strategic partner, not a transactional seller
  • Help build a new enterprise strategic function from the ground up
  • Engage with Fortune 500 leaders on deeply strategic problems
  • Use consulting skills to drive high-impact, high-value commercial outcomes
