About the job
As the Senior Product Manager for Agentic AI Systems, you will own the strategy, architecture, and execution of our AI agent ecosystem across the product portfolio. You'll serve as the connective tissue between product squads, ensuring our agents work seamlessly together while defining the future of intelligent, autonomous workflows.
You'll partner closely with Engineering to architect best-in-class agentic systems—balancing technical excellence with product outcomes. And you'll get hands-on, building and deploying insights agents that unlock value across every product in our suite.
This role requires both strategic vision and tactical execution. You'll set standards, coordinate across teams, and roll up your sleeves to ship agents that truly work.
What You'll Build:
- Cross-Product Agent Orchestration Define how agents communicate, share context, and collaborate across product boundaries. Build the connective layer that makes our agent ecosystem greater than the sum of its parts.
- Agentic Architecture & Standards Partner with Engineering to establish architectural patterns, tooling standards, and best practices that scale across all product squads building agents.
- Insights Agents Portfolio Hands-on development of intelligent agents that surface recommendations, automate analysis, and deliver proactive insights across the platform.
What You'll be Doing:
- Lead agent coordination across product squads—ensuring alignment on architecture, shared tooling, and integration patterns
- Co-define the agentic product vision and translate it into clear roadmaps, standards, and squad-level initiatives
- Partner with Engineering to architect scalable, reliable, and maintainable agentic systems—making technical trade-offs between capability and complexity
- Build agents yourself—design, prototype, and deploy insights agents using LLMs, agent frameworks, and orchestration tools
- Establish best practices for agent design: prompting strategies, tool usage, error handling, evaluation, and observability
- Drive experimentation with new agentic capabilities—RAG, multi-agent systems, tool calling, reasoning patterns
- Define success metrics for agent performance, reliability, and user value; iterate based on data
- Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders—from architecture docs to executive updates
- Coordinate with Product, Design, and Data teams to ensure agents deliver measurable customer and business value
What You Should Bring:
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, AI/ML products, or developer-focused platforms
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs and agentic systems—you've shipped AI agents, or built autonomous workflows
- Strong technical depth—you can engage in architecture discussions, review system designs, and make informed trade-offs on APIs, data flows, and infrastructure
- Proven ability to coordinate across teams—you've aligned multiple squads on shared infrastructure, platforms, or technical standards
- Excellent written communication—clear specs, architecture docs, and stakeholder updates that get teams aligned
- Bias toward action—you prototype quickly, ship iteratively, and learn from real-world usage
- Curiosity about emerging AI patterns—you stay current on agentic AI research, tooling, and best practices
Nice to Have:
- Experience with AI/ML evaluation and observability—understanding how to measure agent performance, reliability, and quality
- Experience building developer platforms, SDKs, or shared infrastructure
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, RAG architectures, or agent evaluation frameworks
- Prior work in workflow automation, or data-intensive applications
Location and Timezone:
- Fully remote (International/Non-US)
- Must be available for partial overlap with US working hours (~6hrs overlap with US Pacific Time)
Why Join Us?:
- Shape the future of agentic AI in a production environment with real users and high-stakes workflows
- Co-design the architecture that will power intelligent automation across our entire product suite
- Work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and practical product delivery
- Collaborate with world-class product, engineering, and AI teams pushing the boundaries of what's possible
- Thrive in a remote-first culture focused on trust, autonomy, and high-impact work
- Competitive compensation and international contractor benefits
Contract Details:
- Contract length: 12 months full-time, renewable
- Salary range: €80,000 - €90,000 per year
